Louise has practised as a solicitor since 1983 with experience in government, private practice and in-house corporate practice, primarily in telecommunications and technology based businesses. She has over 20 years of experience as a company secretary in listed public companies and has been a director of the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman and the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association.
