Catherine joined the Board April 2016. Now a professional non-executive director, she enjoyed a long career in financial services and has a particular interest in the health and aged care sectors. She has extensive experience as a senior executive in wealth management and investments, banking and insurance, and as a consultant in corporate strategy and planning. She has served on Audit, Risk, Compliance, Nominations/Remuneration and Investment Committees and believes that sound governance is an essential element in furthering the mission of St.Catherine’s Aged Care. Catherine is Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the professional financial services body, Finsia and the Australasian Mutuals Institute and is a graduate of Sydney University and Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
